We have an exciting new opening for a Marketing Specialist.
We are promoting and establishing a state-of-the-art multi-location surgical franchise around Missouri, and are looking to hire a highly motivated candidate to lead the marketing strategy.
We need a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and the ability to work with a diverse medical franchise.
Candidate should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate needs to exhibit strong time management and social skills.
The candidate will be responsible for in-personal marketing, branding, campaign promotion, market research utilization, and all marketing related engagement and relationship activities.
The Marketing Specialist will need to work cross functionally to advance the goal and objectives of the medical marketing program in communication strategic initiatives.
Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing digital paid media strategies, email strategies, and to build, launch, maintain, and optimize paid media campaigns.
What you will do:
1.
Test paid media channels including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
2.
Build, launch, maintain and optimize paid media campaigns.
3.
Build, launch, maintain and optimize email campaigns.
4.
Collaborate on the development of creative, out-of-the-box marketing tools that serve as foundational pieces for medical campaigns and that align with medical franchise regulations.
5.
Monitor customer marketing activities post launch.
6.
Maintain a comprehensive bank of marketing campaigns with useful references that can be easily used by Sales to showcase the success stories.
Qualifications and requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent.
2.
Two years' prior Marketing, Social and Digital Media, Graphic Design, and/or similar experience.
3.
Experience marketing for a medical institution or franchise is highly desirable.
4.
Social Media/Digital Marketing experience.
5.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
This is a very sought after position with extreme demand in the field of Marketing especially Medical Marketing that has picked up especially in the post COVID environment.
