- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Identify and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate authorities - Conduct investigations and gather evidence for internal and external theft cases - Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers - Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in asset protection or a related field preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally - Detail-oriented with excellent observation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in report writing and documentation - Valid certification in conflict management is a plus This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
