You oversee, ensure accuracy, and provide assistance in various office functions, including client relations, scheduling, data entry, and phone inquiries.
Meticulously reviewing changes in electronic health records and maintaining the confidentiality of client information are integral aspects of your role.
You take the lead in onboarding new staff and overseeing scheduling processes.
Facilitating regular office staff meetings, you foster optimal communication about practice issues, staff concerns, and operational policies.
With an eye for efficiency, you review agency policies and procedures, offering recommendations for continued compliance and improved system effectiveness.
Additionally, you supervise receptionists, client intake teams, and services verification specialist staff, providing regular individual supervision and completing performance appraisals to ensure a well-coordinated and thriving office environment! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
