Day-to-Day Duties and
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day paperwork for multiple locations.
Payroll for multiple locations.
Complete any applications for multiple locations.
Complete monthly P&L's for multiple locations.
File all documents for each location.
Keep vendor invoices up to date.
Make sure all accounts are up to date for all locations.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree in accounting or finance field.

years of hands-on experience related to payroll, customer invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting/bookkeeping.
Strong Excel skill.
