The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and flexible, be able to multi-task, have a great attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and must be a rapid learner.
This position entails administrative work to keep our office running smoothly.
This position requires flexibility, multi-tasking, attention to detail in a busy office setting.
Position includes but not limited to answering phones, scheduling patients, scanning documents, working referrals, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, work is completed using an EHR/EMR system.
Requirements/Skills:
High School Diploma/Transcript or GED Certificate required Medical office experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone Must possess exceptional customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Computer literate is a must Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to function effectively in a high energy and high paced medical practice Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with patients and professionals of all disciplines Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks Schedule:
Our office is open Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Fridays.
